Privacy policy

This page explains exactly what this website collects, why, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.

Who this policy is from

This website is operated by JAY VIJAYBHAI SANGHANI, a registered proprietorship based in Mota Varachha, Surat, Gujarat, India, holding GSTIN 24LXJPS8190N1ZA. In the language of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the information described below — meaning we decide why and how it is used, and we are answerable for it.

Where this policy says “we” or “us”, it means that business. Where it says “you”, it means anyone visiting this website or sending us an enquiry through it.

The short version

  • We collect what you type into the estimate slip form. Nothing more.
  • There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on this site.
  • We never sell, rent or trade your information. There is no circumstance in which we would.
  • We use your details to answer your enquiry and to do the work you engage us for.
  • You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold. Email jay@pixelpulseinfosolution.com.

The rest of this page is the detail behind those five lines.

What we collect, and when

There are exactly three ways information reaches us through this site.

1. The estimate slip form

When you fill in the estimate slip on the contact page and submit it, we receive the following, because you typed it:

  • Your name, and your business name if you enter one
  • Your phone or WhatsApp number, and your email address
  • Your city, if you enter one
  • Which services you ticked, and any budget range and start date you selected
  • Whatever you wrote in the description box

Along with that submission, our server records the slip number, the date and time, and the IP address the form was sent from. The IP address is kept for one reason only: to identify and block automated spam. It is not used to identify you, profile you or work out where you live beyond that purpose.

The form is submitted only when you press the button. Nothing you type is sent to us before that — the live slip preview beside the form is drawn entirely inside your own browser and never leaves your device until you submit.

2. Contacting us directly

If you call the number on this site, send a WhatsApp message using the chat link, or email either address, we receive whatever you choose to tell us, plus your phone number or email address. WhatsApp messages travel through WhatsApp's own service and are also subject to their privacy terms, which we do not control.

3. Ordinary server logs

Like every website, this one sits on a web server that keeps standard access logs — IP address, date and time, the page requested, and the browser and operating system reported by your device. These are generated automatically by the hosting provider, are used for security and fault diagnosis, and are not linked to any enquiry you send.

What we deliberately do not collect

This is worth stating plainly, because most websites cannot:

  • No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no heatmap tool and no visitor-tracking script on any page of this site.
  • No advertising or tracking cookies. We do not follow you to other websites and we do not build an advertising profile of you.
  • No accounts or passwords. There is nothing to sign up for here, so there is nothing for us to store.
  • No payments. No card, UPI or bank details are ever entered on this website. Invoicing happens separately, once we are working together.
  • No sensitive personal data. Please do not send us Aadhaar numbers, PAN, bank details, health information or passwords through the enquiry form. We do not need them at the enquiry stage and the form is not built to hold them.

Cookies

This site sets exactly one cookie, and only on the contact and thank-you pages: a standard PHP session cookie. Its only job is to carry your typed details back to the form if a submission fails validation, so you do not lose what you wrote, and to show your slip number on the confirmation page. It contains no personal information itself, only a random session identifier, and your browser discards it when you close it.

Because that cookie is strictly necessary for the form to work and is used for nothing else, this site does not show a cookie consent banner. There is nothing optional to consent to.

Third-party services this site touches

We have kept these to the minimum, but you should know they exist, because your browser contacts them directly when a page loads:

  • Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — the typefaces on this site are loaded from Google. Your browser's request means Google receives your IP address. No cookie is set by this request.
  • Google Maps — the map on the about and contact pages is an embedded Google Maps frame. If it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. If you would rather not load it, the address is also printed as plain text on both pages.
  • WhatsApp — the chat button is an ordinary link. Nothing is sent until you tap it and press send in WhatsApp yourself.
  • Our hosting and email providers — they store the website files and carry the enquiry emails. They act only on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Why we use your information

Only for these purposes:

  • To reply to your enquiry with a scope, a price and a timeline
  • To ask you the follow-up questions needed to quote the work properly
  • To carry out a project, if you decide to engage us
  • To raise GST invoices and keep the accounting records Indian law requires us to keep
  • To keep this website secure and free of automated spam

We rely on your consent, which you give by choosing to submit the form or contact us. Where we are keeping records for tax and accounting, we rely on our legal obligation to do so.

We do not send marketing emails or promotional bulk messages. If you enquire, you hear from us about your enquiry — not about anything else, and not repeatedly after the conversation ends.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become projects: kept for up to 24 months, in case you come back to us, then deleted.
  • Client project records: kept for the life of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can support what we built.
  • Invoices and accounting records: kept for eight years, as required under Indian tax law. We cannot delete these on request while that obligation stands.
  • Server logs: kept for a short period by the hosting provider, typically a few weeks, then rotated automatically.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise pass your information to anyone for their own use. It leaves our hands in only three situations:

  • Service providers we depend on — hosting and email, described above. They process data on our instructions only.
  • Our accountant — for invoices and statutory filings, if you become a client.
  • Where the law requires it — a valid order from a court or a lawful authority in India. We would comply with such an order, and we would tell you unless we were legally barred from doing so.

Some of the services above may store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we use established providers and the same commitments in this policy continue to apply to your information.

Information belonging to our clients' own users

If you engage us to build or maintain an app, website or system, we may in the course of that work be given access to data belonging to your customers or staff. When that happens, that data remains yours. We access only what the job requires, we do not copy it for any other purpose, we do not use it to train anything, and we remove our access when the work ends. Anything more specific — confidentiality terms, data handling requirements, an NDA — is agreed in writing in the project contract, which sits above this policy for that data.

How we protect it

This site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. The form is protected against automated abuse without using a third-party CAPTCHA service, which means no additional company sees your visit. Enquiries land in mailboxes protected by strong passwords, and access to project systems is limited to the people actually doing the work.

We will not claim more than that. No system is perfectly secure, and any business that tells you otherwise is overselling. If a breach ever occurred that affected your information, we would tell you and the Data Protection Board of India, as the DPDP Act requires.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

  • Show you what personal information we hold about you, and who we have shared it with
  • Correct anything inaccurate, incomplete or out of date
  • Delete what we hold, where we are not legally required to keep it
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, which stops us using your details further from that point
  • Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to

Email jay@pixelpulseinfosolution.com or jay.pixelpulseinfosolution@gmail.com and say what you want done. We will confirm we have received it and act within 30 days. There is no charge. We may need to check you are who you say you are before we hand over or delete anything — that check protects you, not us.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact Jay Vijaybhai Sanghani directly at jay@pixelpulseinfosolution.com, jay.pixelpulseinfosolution@gmail.com or +91 63554 37643. As a small firm, that reaches the person responsible, not a queue.

If we cannot resolve it between us, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information about children. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information — for example if we ever add analytics to this site — we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not quietly broaden what we do with information already collected under an earlier version of this policy.
