What this firm is

JAY VIJAYBHAI SANGHANI is a registered IT services business in Surat. We build Android and iOS apps in Flutter, business websites and online stores, and custom software that replaces whatever is currently being tracked on paper or in a spreadsheet. Alongside that we run Google and Meta ads, do app store optimisation, and keep existing sites and apps maintained.

Most of our clients are within a few hours of this office — textile and diamond traders, manufacturers, retailers, clinics, gyms, and founders launching a first product. Some are further afield, across India and overseas on freelance engagements. The work is the same either way: understand the business first, then build only what it actually needs.

Why small is the point

There is no account manager here. The person who takes your requirement is the person who writes the code and the person who picks up the phone when something breaks at 9pm. Nothing gets lost in translation between a salesperson, a project manager and a developer, because there is no chain to lose it in.

It also means we do not take on more jobs than we can run properly at one time. If we are full, we will say so and give you a date rather than start your work late and quietly.

How we work with clients

• Requirements get written down before anything is built, with a price and a date attached.
• You see designs before code, and a working build on your own phone long before launch.
• Domains, hosting, store accounts, signing keys and source code end up in your name — not ours.
• Conversations happen in whatever is convenient: call, WhatsApp, email, or at this office.
• Invoices carry GST. Everything is on the record.

What we will tell you honestly

If an app is the wrong answer for your business, we will say that, even though an app is the bigger invoice. Plenty of enquiries end with a suggestion to fix the website, set up a WhatsApp catalogue, or spend the money on ads instead. That advice costs nothing and it is how most of our repeat work has come.
